About Us The Westboro Area Jewish Community Center (WAJCC). is committed to enhancing the educational, social, and cultural lives of our members and people in our community and serves as a gateway into the Jewish Community. Our preschool is NAEYC accredited. Preschoolers come to learn and play in a warm and nuturing environment that embraces Jewish values and traditions. Our preschool is open to the community. Adults come for social, recreational, cultural and educational programming. Tapestry of Jewish Life, our cultural arts series offers diverse programs such as a comedians; Jewish Film Festival; Jewish a capella and musical entertainment. Some of our Adult Programs are: Mah Jongg; Jewish Community Bookgroup; Hebrew Ulpan-Conversational; Jewish author series; senior lunch and film; Pilates and much more. Some of our Family Program offerings are: High Holiday Fall Festival; Cocoa and entertainment and much more.... |

Preschool Staff Our preschool is under the direction of Preschool Director,Lisa Linehan. Lisa can be contacted at 508-366-6121 ext 23 Our staff consists of state certified teachers licensed by the Massachusetts Office Center for Child Care Services and hold degrees in areas of Early Childhood Education, Psychology, and Special Education. In addition, our trained assistants are dedicated to nurturing the talents of each individual child. Our teachers are all licensed by the Massachusetts Office Center for Child Care Servies and are exceedingly dedicated professionals. Membership Information Family Membership: The Family Membership fee is $225/ year which includes members prices to programs and classes. WAJCC members can add an additional $125 and receive admission to the five programs in the Tapestry of Jewish Life Cultural series in 2008-2009 as well as preferential seating and a special reception prior to the event. Senior Membership: The Senior membership fee is $150/couple or $100 / person. The Senior Membership includes admisssion to the Tapestry of Jewish Life Cultural series and Member prices on WAJCC classes and events. Tapestry of Jewish Life Cultural Series The Tapestry of Jewish Life Cultural membership fee is $125/person or $195/couple for the series. The Tapestry of Jewish Life Cultural Series is available as a special membership for Supporters/Patrons of the Arts in the Westboro area. Tapestry of Jewish Life Members will enjoy for each event a special reception for members only prior to the doors opening to the general public and preferred seating. |
